The Next Quantum Leap

What's Next

What is live, what is committed, and what is still a direction, said plainly so nothing here reads as a promise it is not.

Live Today

Built, deployed, and in use. What you see on the left is the real thing.

Entry 09.1.1

The Member Portal

By invitation: a board member verifies you against the roster, an invite arrives, and you sign in with a one-time link. Keep your own record current and find brods who've opted into the directory. Private by default — you choose what's shown and to whom.

Enter the Portal

Entry 09.1.2

Dues, Recorded Honestly

No checkout yet, so no pretending there is one. Send your dues, record the reference number, and the Association matches and acknowledges it — the same trust the brotherhood has always run on, now with a paper trail.

Record your dues

Entry 09.1.3

The Board's Queue

One private page where the Association sees the 58th Anniversary list, contributions awaiting review, pledges, dues, and messages — and downloads any of them to Google Sheets in a click. The committees work in the tools they already know.

Committed

Next

Underway. Timing depends on an outside approval or a named volunteer, not on effort.

Entry 09.2.1

Checkout, Once KYB Clears

The Association has applied for a PayMongo merchant account. Automated GCash, Maya, and card checkout for dues and gifts goes live the day that business verification is approved — not before.

Entry 09.2.2

The Newsletter

A periodic dispatch to every brod on record: new citations, upcoming gatherings, the state of ongoing projects. Built on the same Portal record, so it reaches people who actually asked to hear from us.

Entry 09.2.3

Publishing from Google Drive

Residents write in Google Docs and log each piece in one shared sheet. A weekly publishing run carries approved pieces into the archive with consent and privacy checked. The first contributors are being named now.

Direction

Future

Where this is built to grow once the fundamentals earn it. Not a promise, not a live product.

Entry 09.3.1

A Companion App

The Portal, in your pocket — push a notice about a gathering, check the directory between meetings, record a dues payment without opening a laptop. A real project once the web Portal has real, daily use behind it.

Entry 09.3.2

An AI-Native Archive

Ask it who was in a given batch, surface a citation you half-remember, or draft your own update to the brotherhood from a few notes. A copilot over the archive, not a replacement for the brods who keep it.

Entry 09.3.3

The Assistance Fund, Endowed

A standing fund for brods and their families facing hospitalisation, accident, or loss, with a published ledger — raised, disbursed, balance, brods helped — and never a name on either side. Being established with the Alumni Association.

None of this gets built alone.

This site, like the brotherhood itself, is built by whoever shows up. If you have a photograph from the archive, a citation worth adding, a correction, or the time and skill to help build what is above, the brotherhood needs it.

Add to the record. Or help build the next one.
